Care & Handyman Program - Trainees retro-fit homes to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and refurbish and renovate dwellings by performing painting, electrical work, yard services and tile installation.
Energy Assistance Program - Southern California Edison (SCE)

SCE’s California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) Program
OCW helps eligible low-income SCE customers receive a 20% or more discount on their monthly electric bill.

SCE’s Express Solutions Contractor/Vendor
OCW helps SCE business customers save energy and money, and fund energy efficient equipment upgrades.
