Welcome to Our Community Works. OCW is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We strive to provide and enhance economic development for minorities through developing real-estate, educational programs, job training and job placement.

Residential Condominium Developments
A&E Consultants have designed and constructed numerous residential condominiums, projects in the cities of Carson, Gardena, Rancho Palos Verdes and Los Angeles. A&E has served as the prime contractors or developers on these projects that were developed over the last 20 years.
Rancho Place Subdivisions
A&E served as prime consultant to provide the engineering, planning, and construction management for the subdivision and construction of a 12 single family units in the city of Garden Grove, CA. A&E Consultants worked closely with the City of Garden Grove Redevelopment Agency to provide affordable financing for first-time home buyers.
Palm Court North Condominiums
The project consisted of development of a 60-unit residential condominium complex for senior citizens in La Habra, California. A&E was engaged as prime consultant to process the zone change and general plan amendment to allow an increase in density from 22 to 60 units. Thereafter, A&E performed subdivision processing and final engineering to construct the project.
Fullerton
Raymond Estates
A&E Consultants served as prime designer and construction manager for the development of this prestigious planned detached residential development in the exclusive area of the city of Fullerton, California. A&E Consultants performed subdivision processing and mapping, preparation of final engineering plans and construction management.
